There is nothing easy about planning the final goodbye of someone you love, and choosing cremation services is no exception. It is our honor to lift as much of the burden of planning from you and your family as possible.
Cremation is but one part of honoring someone’s memory, and is an option for any type of service we offer. Whether you prefer a traditional funeral, celebration of life, a viewing, or direct cremation without any service, our dedicated staff work closely with you to help you choose the best option for your loved one and take care of every detail, every step of the way.
Since 1907, our expert staff have proudly served Albuquerque and its surrounding areas while continuing to maintain the highest level of respectful and courteous service. Here, we strive to take as much of the burden off your shoulders as possible by taking care of every detail.
We’re here to help you design the perfect tribute for your family member. Whether it’s a uniquely personalized service, a traditional service, or even a simple ceremony, we have a variety of affordable cremation plans as well as specific plans designed for various faith communities.
We offer three cremation options. Each are fully customizable to meet your family’s needs and budget. Our plans have been carefully put together so that families making arrangements can easily look at different options to make informed decisions.
Similar to a traditional funeral, the body of the deceased is placed in a specially selected cremation casket or a rental casket, and is the focal point of the service. Visitation can take place prior to the funeral service, with the actual cremation occurring after the service, similar to when a traditional burial would take place.
After cremation, your loved one’s ashes are promptly returned to your family. You may then scatter, bury, or keep the cremated remains in an urn. You can also choose to keep the remains in our beautiful columbarium, a place to remember and honor your loved one forever.
Cremation allows for a family to plan a memorial service during a time that is best for them. At any time after the cremation process, we can hold a unique and meaningful memorial service or celebration of life. During these services, the urn is typically on display at the service. The service can take place in any type of setting the family prefers.
Direct cremation involves the transportation of the deceased from the home, hospital, nursing facility, or coroner's office to our crematory facilities. It also includes the completion of all required paperwork. Your loved one’s ashes are promptly returned to the family.
We own and operate our own crematory. This means your loved one never leaves our care, giving you peace of mind that your loved one will be treated with the utmost respect. Our certified crematory operators are trained in providing compassionate, dignified care, giving meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire cremation process.
We understand how important is it for the families we serve to know their loved one will be coming home as soon as possible. We notify you as soon as their ashes become available and safeguard their urn until the time you are ready to receive them.
After a loved one passes, it’s important to promptly and accurately fill out all of permits and notifications that are required to be submitted to local or state agencies. This can be an incredibly daunting task if done alone, especially during what can be a very emotional time. We take care of all the paperwork for you, ensuring fast and accurate completion and submission of all essential documents. It also guarantees that your loved one’s cremation will not be delayed.
