POSITION SUMMARY:

The Care Center Manager is responsible for directing the overall operations of the Care Center and the Transfer Team in keeping with established standard and practices.  Role models all the behaviors, skills, and techniques established by the French Family of Companies.  Supervises exempt and nonexempt employees; responsible for staff performance management, training, licenses, OSHA compliance, evaluations, and standards of excellence.  This position may serve in the role as embalmer as needed.  Oversee daily operations of the Care Center to ensure care and preparation of decedents comply with state and French standards. Ensure embalming procedures are in accordance with the New Mexico Funeral Services Act (NMFSA).  Supervise the care and preparation of decedents to include embalming, reconstruction, cosmetic application, dressings for casketing, and viewing arrangements. Collaborate with Funeral Directors to meet the family’s wishes regarding viewing arrangements, funeral services, and/or disposition of the body.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Active License and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a licensed Embalmer or Funeral Director

Primarily responsible for professionally assisting client families in making their pre-arrangements.  General activity involves educating our families on the benefits of pre planning, selling pre-need contracts and maintaining the highest level of customer service.  Candidates must be able to present pre need information to groups throughout the community, maintain their CRM system, work in a team environment and meet individual and team sales goals and customer service levels of excellence.  Responsible to obtain NM Life ins license prior to training period (90 days).

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Advance Planning Sales Consultant is responsible for selling funeral prearrangement contracts to individuals on behalf of life insurance companies while maintaining and abiding by the company’s standards, practices and policies.  Meet with prospective clients at one of our six locations as well as out in the field.  Give sales presentations, use lead tracking data base, and provide excellent customer service supporting the French Family of Companies values.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Active Life Agent license, or the ability to obtain a license, and previous successful sales experience.
