Benni Ross

Funeral Intern

I was born and raised in El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM, before moving to Albuquerque in 2021. I started my young professional life as a manager for several beverage serving businesses but didn't feel complete. It was in 2020, when the world was forced to slow down, that I was able to take the time to learn more about myself and what I was missing in my life. It was then that I enrolled at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science (PIMS) and began the possibility of funeral service in my future. It wasn't really until I had close people in my life pass that made me really understand the value of funeral service. Although I experienced a lot of grief and confusion during that time, a door of opportunity opened, and I was eager to step through the threshold. I can say with the upmost certainty that this is my purpose. I am honored to be a part of the FRENCH family during my professional journey.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, painting, scrapbooking, illustrating and reading. My happy place is the bookstore or the public library.

Thank you for the honor in allowing me to serve you and your family.
