FRENCH Funerals - Cremations
Alice Brousseau is a leader rooted in purpose and driven by vision. Raised in Albuquerque and deeply connected to her community, she brings together financial acumen, organizational strategy, and a servant heart to help local institutions thrive. A graduate of the UNM Anderson School of Management, Alice holds CPA and CGMA credentials and has dedicated her career to building resilient, values-led organizations across New Mexico.
In 2017, Alice joined the FRENCH Family of Companies, where she found an alignment between professional excellence and personal mission. As Vice President & CFO, she leads with clarity, compassion, and an eye toward long-term impact. Her leadership spans French Funerals–Cremations, Best Friends Pet Cremation Services, Cremation Society of NM, and Sunset Memorial Park, all united under one bold vision: to be this community’s absolute standard of excellence.
Alice’s work extends far beyond the balance sheet. She is a committed advocate for sustainable growth and community resilience, currently serving as Treasurer of the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce and Past Chair of both the Better Business Bureau and Cuidando Los Niños. She also partners with R4 Creating on a long-term strategic initiative focused on scalable, mission-aligned expansion. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was honored as a 2023 Women of Influence by Albuquerque Business First.
Alice believes that leadership is a daily act of service—and that legacy is shaped by intention. At home, she and her husband Michael model those values with their two children and two dogs, staying active and grounded through sports, training, and time away.
