Jon Powers

Jon Powers, 76, beloved father, grandfather and husband, was called to his eternal resting place on Friday, June 4, 2021. He entered this world on November 29, 1944 in Charleston, WV, born to Elmer and Virginia Powers. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Vivian Powers; sister, June Mackey; daughter, Christy Cunico; son-in-law, Garrett Cunico; granddaughters, Ashlyn and Payton Cunico; niece, Michelle; and nephew, Chip. Jon served in the Navy from 1962 - 1966 and is a Vietnam veteran. He was a former business owner of 33 years. His hobbies included fishing, golfing, hunting and camping and had a huge love of pets.
