John Louis Russo

Deacon John Louis Russo, born Wednesday, July 24, 1946, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, died peacefully at his home on Monday, November 14, 2022.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary Martha (Stager) Russo; brother-in-law, Phillip J. Stager, of St. Petersburg, FL.; many cousins, and dear friends.
John retired from Albuquerque Public Schools after a lengthy teaching and administrative career. He served as deacon for 35 years at St. John XXIII Catholic Community. Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022, followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at St John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr., NE, Albuquerque, NM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Love Your Neighbor Fund, St. John XXIII Community.
