She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Frank, Sr.; parents, Abenicio and Rebecca Lovato; brothers, Leopoldo and Alberto Lovato; sister-in-law, Eleanor Lovato; and son-in-law, Robert Herrera, Sr.

Frances was born on Tuesday, July 7, 1936, in Santa Barbara, NM, to Abenicio and Rebecca Lovato. She graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1955. She then married Raymond Frank on Saturday, May 9, 1959, and was married for 53 years. Frances was a beautiful, loving person, with a contagious laugh. No matter where you were in a room, the moment you heard her laugh you knew she was present, and you just wanted to laugh with her. Most importantly, she was the heart of our family.

Frances truly belief in her catholic faith. She would pray the rosary nightly, and her believe in her faith made her the strong woman she was. She was so kindhearted that no matter what occasion, she made sure to reach out to each and every one of us. Whether it would be a phone call, or a greeting card sent in the mail to let you know she was thinking of you. These simple sentimental gestures will be missed. She was one of a kind.

Frances was a very strong woman who raised five children, and she was always there for us. Frances would give the best advice and was the best support any mother could have ever given. No matter what the situation was, our mother knew how to guide us in the right direction. Everyone was always welcomed in her home, and she made sure you had something to eat no matter what time of the day it was. The amount of love that she put into her special recipes and her passion for cooking made everyone feel special. One of our most fond memories growing up was when our mother would bake tons of Christmas cookies, and we would decorate them together as a family. Christmas was another passion and love that our mother had and taught us how to celebrate life as a family.

She loved music and singing, especially the Rancheras and dancing. Her love for music made all of us appreciate the life around us. Frances was loved by so many people and was such a joy to be around. Frances will always be in all of our hearts forever. She will be truly missed.
