Carol Norton

Carol Norton, 78, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by family April 24, 2021.

She entered this world on April 17, 1943 in Logansport, IN, born to Howard and Dorothy Fife. She served as the Christian Education Coordinator at the Kirtland AFB Chapel for 12 years, was the office manager for KFLQ radio for 3 years, and spent the last several years as a volunteer at the Albuquerque VA.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Donald Norton; daughter and son-in-law, Joshua and Jessica Olson; her grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah and Jonathan; and her brother Ken, his wife, Rose, and their children Jennifer and David.

Carol served in the Army from 1963-1968.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Covenant United Methodist Church.
