Our Beloved Matriarch passed away peacefully to be home with her Jesus and is now the precious Angel we always knew her to be. What an incredible example she continues to be for us all. She touched so many lives with her heart full of love and compassion for everyone she met, especially for the little ones. She wholeheartedly cherished being with the love of her life for 64 years and celebrating 60 of those years in marriage. Becoming a Deacon’s wife was pretty special too as she was able to reach out even further in God’s teachings. Besides her husband, being a Mom of 4 and Mimi of 18 was one of the most precious gifts God could have ever given her. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She was always there for them, supporting and guiding them in every facet of their lives. She loved children and was a sweet blessing to all who came her way. From making blankets and clothes for the babies in the hosptial who gained their Angel wings early and for those little ones whose families could not afford them, to caring for children through her own daycare, girl scouts, at church and countless upon countless school activities. She embraced each child as her own, their strength and protector when needed. She loved people and let everyone know it…you can bet if you were visiting you left as family with the sign of the cross on your forehead and of course a full stomach. When we speak of our wonderful memories of her we are reminded of so many special moments.  Forever in our hearts will be the sweet way she had of blessing us all with her love as she held us in her prayers each and every day, the embrace of her great big hugs & loving kisses, always gracing us with that infectious laughter that inevitably evolved into snorting, listening to her soothing voice singing songs that will forever be in our memories, moving the living room furniture and dancing to our hearts content, being part of her awesome spunkiness and crazy fun sense of humor, keeping us warm with her personalized handmade quilts, being the proud recipients of everything she baked, the “enthusiasm” she had for baseball, the sound advice given from her heart, and oh that awesome grin and of course that smile of hers that touched us to the core…She taught us above all, God and Family come first. She was and always will be our pillar of strength. While we know in our heart of hearts that she is beyond thrilled to be in the loving embrace of our Lord, we already miss her beyond measure.

Thank you for loving us so deeply and completely. You always had a way of shining light on any situation and we will remember this as we celebrate you and learn from the Beautiful Life you led.

We’ll Love You Forever and will always hear you say “I LOVE YOU MORE”.
