It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ze'ev Maldonado, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and an unforgettable spirit.

Ze'ev is survived by his mother, Cristal Gonzales; stepfather, Alex Gonzales; sisters, Marissa and Patty Gonzales; father, Lalo Maldonado; stepmother, Cheryl Padilla-Maldonado; brothers, Dace Maldonado and Santiago Cordova; and grandparents Julio and Nivia Cabrera and Guadalupe Maldonado, along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Patricia Cabrera.

Ze'ev had an immense love for the outdoors. He found joy and freedom in fishing, snowboarding, and riding his four-wheeler. He also had a passion for wrestling. One he proudly shared with his sister Patty, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Above all, Ze'ev will be remembered for his unforgettable spirit and the joy he carried so naturally. His presence was infectious, lighting up every room (and dance floor) he walked into and leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. Ze'ev will be deeply mourned by all who knew and loved him, including the countless friendships he made throughout his young life. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.

Services will be held on February 2, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, with a Rosary at 10:30 a.m., followed by Mass. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Moose Lodge.
