Winifred Rice

Winifred Rice, known affectionately by her loved ones as “The Wise Old Crow” was born and lived her first 43 years in Wisconsin, where she lived with her beloved parents, brother, grandmother and aunt.

In the early 1960’s while on a road trip through the Southwest, Winnie met her future husband, Houston Rice. After their marriage, she moved to Albuquerque where she remained until her death.

Winnie was a cherished aunt, a good neighbor, and a thoughtful friend. We will miss her rapier wit, her wisdom, her intellect, her sparkling blue eyes and infectious smile.
