William H. "Bill" Ratliff, 91, died Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
He is survived by his daughters, Becky Polk, Debie Orrell, and Cyndy Perez (Ramon); eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris; and his parents.
There will be a Memorial Gathering Saturday, February 16, 2019, 3:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming, 7121 Wyoming Blvd NE.
