William Joseph Easom

William Joseph Easom (39) passed away August 24, 2026, at Morada Assisted Living in Albuquerque after a brave and long battle with colon cancer. 

On February 20, 1987, Will was born to John Easom and Kathleen Easom of Vernon, New Jersey. Will grew up in New Jersey and had a loving family there as well as friendships. 

Will graduated from Washington Township High School, Stockton College and University of New Mexico with his Masters in Public Health. 

Will settled in Albuquerque and worked for the New Mexico State Health Department for many years. He was devoted to his job and developed many friendships both in and outside of his work there. 

Anyone who has met Will knows that he was a sports aficionado. While he was a Yankees, Devils, and Eagles fan, he also enjoyed attending many games for the UNM Lobos. 

Will is survived by his loving parents; stepfather, Gary; stepmother, Catherine; sister, Krista; brother, Cole; brother in-law, Michael; niece, Mia; nephew, Massimo; and friends and coworkers. He was loved by many people, and he will hold a place in their hearts forever.

All are welcome to join Will's family to pay their respects Friday, August 28, 2026, 5:00 p.m., at FRENCH - University. Services will begin at 5:30pm.
