Warren Smalley of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 83, father, husband, former CEO, and man of God, passed away on Sunday July 2, 2023. Warren was known for loving his family, church and trains and serving his community and church. He is survived by his wife, Dallas Ward; and his children, Declan Smalley and Rebbeca Julagay; and his grandchildren, Trenton and Asha. His sister Marilou Dailey and many other nieces and nephews also survived him.
