Warren Pleyte passed away peacefully on July 10,2026, leaving behind a legacy of service and hard work. 
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 22, 1933, Warren dedicated his early years proudly serving his country in the United States Navy and in the United States Marine Corp. He then worked as a diesel mechanic. 
He and his wife Lidia moved to Rio Rancho in the mid '90's where he drove the community center bus, was a volunteer firefighter and sang in the choir. His hobbies included building model military airplanes, martial arts and road trips around the US in his RV. Warren was a long time member of Calvary Lutheran Church. He was 92.
