Walter Alan Kincaid, 81, beloved husband and father, was called to his eternal resting place on December 19, 2017. He entered this world on October 6, 1936 in Las Vegas, NM, born to Charles and Hazel Kincaid. He was an all-around athlete and went to University of New Mexico on an athletic scholarship playing both football and basketball for the Lobos. After graduating he worked for the VA as a Corrective Therapist, where met his lifelong love and wife of 57 years, Marilyn. He worked for the New Mexico Elks Cerebral Palsy Commission for over 40 years. His lifelong passion was working to assist children with cerebral palsy throughout New Mexico. He retired in 2011 after which he and Marilyn enjoyed traveling and cruising.

In 2014 he and Marilyn moved to Las Vegas, NV to be with their daughter Lisa; where he spent many days fishing. He passed at home surrounded by those that love him.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Kincaid; his son, Charles "Chuck" Kincaid; his daughter, Lisa Pacheco and her husband, Joey; his brother, Charles R. Kincaid; his grandchildren, Helena, Matthew and Danielle; two great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018, 1:00 p.m., at FRENCH – University. Donations can be made to https://m.facebook.com/oliviaandleftys/.
