Vincent Steven Ramey, age 27, passed away on July 28, 2026. Born on September 24, 1998, Vincent lived a life defined by courage, selflessness, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

From an early age, Vincent felt a strong calling to protect and support his community and country. He proudly served in both the United States Army and the National Guard, exemplifying dedication, honor, and duty. His devotion to public safety also led him to serve as a volunteer firefighter and actively pursue his career through the police academy.

Beyond his military and first-responder service, Vincent had a deep heart for the next generation. Whether mentoring local youth or engaging in community outreach, he made a lasting impact on countless young lives. He believed whole-heartedly in guiding, supporting, and empowering those around him, leaving behind a proud legacy of leadership and compassion.

To know Vincent was to know someone with boundless potential and a bright future ahead. His unexpected passing leaves an overwhelming void in the hearts of his family, friends, fellow service members, and all who were privileged to know him. Navigating a reality without him is a profound sorrow—one none were prepared for—yet amid this grief lies comfort in knowing he is now at peace.

While his absence changes everything, his memory will continue to light the way forward. Vincent’s spirit, courage, and quiet strength will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us through every milestone and memory to come.

Vincent is survived by his beloved mother, Maggie Seratto, and his three brothers, Rudy Reyes, Tony Reyes, and Richard Reyes, as well as extended family, friends, and brothers and sisters in service.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026 - French Funerals Lomas Chapel at 2:00pm with a reception to follow.
