Victor Judge Dugger, 79, entered eternal life on February 7, 2016 at his home. He was the lifetime friend of 58 years and husband of 38 years to our Mom, Rosabella Dugger. He was the only child born to Clifford and Bessie Dugger in Superior, Nebraska. He attended school in Superior, Nebraska and then went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He began a family in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he was the founder of Dugger Services. He spent many years in Colorado Springs, Colorado before returning to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Along with being a founder and entrepreneur, he enjoyed time with his family. He was an avid hunter and Denver Bronco fan. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, classic cars, watching NASCAR races, western movies and reading. We enjoyed his warming heart, uplifting spirit and smile he shared, as no-one was stranger to him.
He is survived by Rosabella Dugger, their children; Victor Dugger, Vanessa Whatley, Vance Dugger and Valvett McClelland and their spouses; Leslie, Joe, DiAnna and James. He was proud of not only his children, but also his grandchildren; Troy, Genevieve, Travis, Justin, Vanden, Wes, Victoria and Tyler. He also had several great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Bessie and Clifford Dugger; and granddaughter, Jessica Whatley.
