Vernon Lee Reza

Vernon Reza, born and raised in Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019.

Born on January 10, 1956 to Henry J. and Mary Frances Reza, he is survived by his two sons, Jed and Tim; granddaughter, Annalise Reza; sister, Rose Marie Reza; brother, Patrick (Patricia); niece and nephews; and one grandniece.  He served as Choir Director at Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic Parish the last years 7 years.

The Vigil Service will be on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 7:00 p.m., viewing at 6:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas and Tennessee. The Funeral Liturgy will be Thursday, January 24, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. The presider will be Rev. Edward Domme.

Vernon will be remembered for the gift of his tenor voice and his many performances in musical theatre, but more importantly his kindness, a personality that always radiated joy with a big smile and a welcoming spirit.  We thank all who loved him and were an important part of his life.
