Thomas Walter Wassmann

Thomas Walter Wassmann age 84, beloved father, grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026. Born in New Haven CT.  Tom proudly served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air force for twenty two years retiring as a Master Sergeant. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Bea Wassmann and brother Jimmy. Tom is survived by his son Timothy and wife Lisa, son Dean and wife Marcella, grandchildren Lauren Lopez and husband Aaron and Rey Juancho, great grandchildren Issac and Mateo Lopez and Jace Amari WIlliams and his special loving partner Charleen (Charlie) Holmes. He has left to enjoy an extended vacation to camp, fish and hunt. 

Memorial service will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026 at FRENCH- Wyoming at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National cemetery at 12:30 pm. Reception will follow from 1:30 to 3:30 at Our Lady of Sorrows Social center in Bernalillo 301 S. Camino Del Pueblo, Bernalillo, New Mexico 87004.
