Terry Pressley

Terry Pressley passed away at the age of 77 on May 10, 2025.

Terry grew up in Clovis, NM and attended Clovis High School and graduated with a BA degree in Marketing from Eastern NM University. He started his career in the radio business throughout college at KCLV in Clovis as a DJ, Formed Sound 70 Productions, where he booked bands at various venues throughout NM. Later moving to Albuquerque where he worked for KDEF and KRKE as account executive and sales manager. Later becoming Co-partners in the first Albuquerque Magazine, Ultima homes as Vice President, ERA Real Estate, and founder of a home inspection company, Homebuyers Safe Guard. Most recently, for the past 20 years, with Campbell & Campbell Real Estate as an Associate Broker.

Terry was born on November 18, 1947 to William Amos Pressley, Jr. and Nelma Bishop Pressley in Clovis, NM. He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Nancy, nephew Brent, wife Susan and their daughters of Fort Worth, TX, niece Jill from Austin, TX, and sister-in-law Betty. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Maria, sister-in-law Caroline, husband Michael, and nephew Alex, and many dear friends. He was a true gentleman, had a great sense of humor, and never met a stranger. He will be missed. A private service for Terry will be held at a later date.
