Susan Jane Moreau, 74, beloved mother, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, September 4, 2017.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Shannon Yvonne Moreau; her sister, Linda Smothers; her brother, Ward Lambing; and many other family and friends. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, James and Elizabeth Lambing.
She grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington, and graduated from Knapp College. She then moved to San Francisco where she met Virgus Otis Streets and together they had a precious daughter. Susan worked at the Department of Transportation in Olympia, Washington and after moving to Albuquerque, worked as a customer service representative for the Albuquerque Journal.
A Memorial Service will be Friday, September 8, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to APNM - Equine Protection Program, www.equineprotectionfund.org or the Animal Humane Society of the United States, www.humanesociety.org in Susan's memory.
