Steven Frank Serna

Psalm 23:4 - "Even if I go through the deepest darkness..., I will not be afraid, Lord, for you are with me..!"

Steven was born in Albuquerque, NM and lived there with his family until age 2. In 1966, his family moved to Seattle, WA where he grew to manhood and joined the US Army and served in Germany.

Steven is survived by his father, Louis; mother, Gloria; and brothers, Donald and Adam. He is also survived by his children, MariaElena, Christian, and Jacob; and various uncles and cousins.

A Rosary will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl. NE, followed by Mass at 11:00 a.m. Services will be by Monsignor Richard Olona, Deacon Steven Thomas, and Vocals by Tom Griego. Graveside Services and Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, which will include full Military Honors per his wishes.

Steven was a devout Christian, who studied his Bible and enjoyed drawing images of Bible passages as he interpreted them..! He is now in heaven enjoying the Biblical stories and those he praised.., as well as family members who went before him.

He is missed greatly, now, and for time to come..!
