Stephen Michael Yoos

Stephen Michael Yoos, born on June 18, 1992, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on July 22, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois. Stephen was a resident of Chicago, a city he cherished for its vibrant culture and, most importantly, his beloved Chicago Cubs. As a diehard Cubs fan, he attended numerous games at Wrigley Field, creating everlasting memories that highlighted his love for the team and the city he called home.A proud alumnus of the University of New Mexico, Stephen graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He built a successful career in the telecommunications industry, employed by SAC Wireless LLC, where he was known for his dedication and professionalism. Stephen found joy not only in his work but also in spending time with family and friends. He frequently attended events and shows throughout Chicago and loved traveling to various cities to share experiences with his close-knit circle.Stephen is survived by his family, including his loving mother, Marcia Yoos; devoted father, Mark Yoos; loving big brother, Neil Yoos, and sister-in-law, Timi Yoos; niece, Evelyn Yoos; nephew, Percival Yoos; girlfriend Brianna John; aunts Heidi Herrera, Marisol Herrera and Cheryl Yoos; uncles Raoul Herrera and Craig Yoos; and cousins Samantha Maroncelli, R J Herrera, Alana Ihonen, Chris Yoos, Corey Yoos, and Cameron Yoos. His vibrant spirit, love for family, and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stevens United Methodist Church. St. Stevens is located at 4601 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.
