On July 19, 2025, Sharon passed away surrounded by her three daughters.
Born in Hatch, NM, Sharon lived all over New Mexico until meeting and marrying Del in Belen. Settling down in Los Alamos, Sharon, along with raising her daughters, volunteered at the church library, sang in the choir, and let loose with some square dancing. She enjoyed gardening, crafting with her grandchildren, and was also known for her great seamstress skills inherited from her mother
Sharon is proceeded in death by her father E.E. Williamson, mother Dorothy O. Williamson (n.e.e. Beaman), and husband Delbert D. Stewart.
She is survived by her brother Milton F. Williamson, daughters Jo A. Mazuranich (Glen), Peggy S. Stewart, Debora O. Evans (Lance), and grandchildren Justin G. Mazuranich (Joketha), Lauren M. Mazuranich, Aubrey L. Evans, Zoey A. Evans, great grandchild Jonah A. Ross, many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A committal ceremony is scheduled for July 31, 2025, at the Santa Fe Veteran's Memorial Cemetery at 10:30 am.
