Sarah Beth Franklin, 84, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt, passed away on July 8, 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born on September 14, 1932 in Knox City, Texas and was a long-time resident of Dexter, New Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Virgie Mathews; her brothers, Glenn Mathews and Jim Mathews; her sister, Betty Mayberry, and her son, Glenn Franklin.
She is survived by her daughter, Rita Casuga; her son, Bill Franklin and his wife, Lesley; her sister-in-law, Rosemary Mathews; her granddaughters, Jaymie Deichman and husband Loren and Jennifer Burch and husband Gregg; her grandsons, Michael Casuga and wife Rachelle, Alex Franklin and James Franklin; her granddaughter, Laura Twogood and husband Trevor; her great-grandchildren, Sydney Deichman, Wesley Deichman, Jessica Burch, Shelby Burch, Sadie Burch, Sophia Casuga, Ashlyn Casuga, Tommy Franklin and Tryniti Franklin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Hagerman Cemetery in Hagerman, New Mexico.
