Sandra Stoy

Sandra Stoy, 68, beloved Spouse, Daughter, and Sister, passed quietly on October 25, 2024, after a long battle with a debilitating disease. She entered this world on August 9, 1956 in Youngstown, OH, born to Donald and Sophie Arp. She is survived by her spouse Michael Stoy; sister Sharon Arp; brother John Arp; brother Gus Arp; brother-in-law Luis Paz; sister-in-law Debbie Arp; and sister-in-law Sidney Arp. Sandy worked as a software engineer for over 30 years, was an avid outdoorswoman enjoying backpacking, skiing and canoeing, a Master Gardener, a creative and talented quilt maker, and a life long learner to her final days. A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends at her sister's home.
