Sally Henshaw

Sally Elizabeth Fyke Henshaw, age 65, of Albuquerque, New Mexico went to be with her Lord on July 13, 2025, after a brief illness. Her beautiful and giving nature will be missed by all of us who knew her. She shared 27 years of marriage with her amazing husband, Cary. She had a fulfilling and busy life raising her five children, Jill Shorty, Bobby, James (Jennifer), Ricky (Erin) Keller, and Caryn Henshaw (Abril). Her extreme joy came from her grandchildren, Leo, Makayla, Mars, Jyllian, John and Jayne Keller, Nikki, Chrissy, and Cole; and her great-grandchildren, Elysa, Amehlia, and Mya.

Sally was born September 14,1959, in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended Holy Rosary Academy and McGavock High School in Donelson, Tennessee, and was a graduate of Saint Mary's Nursing School in Knoxville, Tennessee. While in Knoxville, she met her first husband, John Keller, and ultimately settled in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Sally was a registered nurse and loved her profession. Over the years she shared many fond memories of her patients and coworkers. Her most recent charge, Caleb, brought her much happiness and she was so thankful to have had the opportunity to care for this beautiful child.

Sally is survived by her aunt, June Williams; sister, Julie (Jerry) Agee; brothers, Tony (Wendy) Fyke, Christopher Fyke; nephews, Michael Agee, Tim Agee, James Fyke, Scott Fyke, and Clinton Fyke, and nieces, Rachel Fyke, and Selena Fyke.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Sally Fyke; brothers, Steve and Scott Fyke, and sister, Karen Fyke Rogers.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Triumph Centre at Bethel, 7800 Holbrook St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87122. The burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, 87107.
