Ruben Flores

Ruben Jesus Flores, born on March 3, 1977, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on October 6, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family and community. Ruben spent many fulfilling years in the heating and cooling services industry, proudly serving as a foreman with Local 49 sheet metal. His commitment to his work was matched only by his passion for life and family.

Ruben is survived by his beloved wife, Victoria Flores, and their four cherished children: Evan, Jason, Ryan, and Emma. He adored his children, loving them with all his heart and taking immense pride in their accomplishments. He is also mourned by his father, Ted Benavidez, his mother-in-law Linda Chandler, father-in-law Mike Chandler, and brother-in-law Marcus Chandler.

A true sports enthusiast, Ruben had an unwavering loyalty to his favorite football team, the Detroit Lions. He enjoyed sharing his love of the game with friends and family, often filled with excitement during the season. Ruben's passions and devotion to his loved ones will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know him.

Visitation will take place at FRENCH-Lomas on October 24, 2025, at 6:00 PM, preceded by a family viewing at 5:00 PM. Ruben's remains will be cremated. His spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, reminding us all of the love and joy he brought into our lives.

Ruben was preceded in death by: Benito and Priscilla Benavidez ( Grandparents) and by beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, Teresita Flores ( mother).
