Robert Nelson West, age 70, passed away. He is survived by his wife, Rita M. West; and his cousins, Carol and Bob Provance; and their daughter, Raquel, and Bob Turner and his family. Robert was preceded in death by his son, Bobby West and his parents.
Memorial Service will be Friday, June 23, 2017, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Interment with military honors will be in Germany.
