Robert Silver

Robert "Bob" Silver passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on Saturday morning October 14, 2023. Bob was born on April 19th 1935 to Edward and Gladys Silver in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bob married Dorothy "Dottie" Basile in 1966 and they were together for 50 years until her death in 2016.

He graduated from Highland High School and attended New Mexico State University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Bob later joined his fathers contracting business, first building bridges and then proceeded in Utility Construction.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Dottie and his Brother James. He is survived by his son, Bobby, his wife Trina, their daughter Aleona, son Thomas and his wife Courtney and their daughter Sierra.

Services will be held on Monday October 23rd at 11:00am with a reception to follow at French Mortuary. 1111 University Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

The family would like to thank everyone who helped and gave him the dignity he deserved.
