Robert "Bob" Jarrell Jr.

Robert “Bob” Jarrell, Jr. passed away peacefully April 3, 2024, at the age of 77. Bob was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert (Sr.) and Marion Jarrell. He will be remembered fondly by his family, friends, and the many patients he served as an optometrist. Bob’s mark was left on this world by his amazing sense of humor, his kindness, and service to others. We will all remember the times of laughter we shared with him, often laughing to tears. Those he helped throughout his life will be forever moved by his generosity. Bob proudly served his country as an Officer in the United States Army and held leadership positions in his profession at the state and national level. He enjoyed many things - handball, hunting, fishing, golf, skiing, boating, and country music but loved nothing more than his wife, three children, and seven grandchildren. He is survived by his lovely wife, Ann, his daughter, Sara, his sons, Greg and Bobby, and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Katie, Jackson, Lizzie, Alexandra, Olivia, and Miller. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that everyone who knew Bob live life to the fullest, spend time with people you love, and show gratitude every day.
