Robert I Chavez

Robert Isaac Chavez, 92, beloved Uncle, was called to his eternal resting place on November 14, 2018. He was born on June 7, 1926 in El Rito, NM, to Marcelino and Constancia Chavez. He is survived by his nephews, Moses Delgado and wife Rebekah, Pat Patterson, and many other nephews and nieces. Robert served in the Army during and after WWII in Europe. Robert made his home in Albuquerque's North Valley and worked as a general contractor for many years. Uncle Robert was a simple man who loved visiting with family, working with his hands, enjoyed good restaurants, and a good joke, and enjoyed watching WWE wrestling on TV. Uncle Robert always had his humor and loved to make people laugh. A Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery
