Robert James Bernier

Robert Bernier, age 78, beloved father and grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. He entered this world on October 16, 1942 in Spokane, Washington, born to Francis and Elsie Bernier.
He is survived by his spouse, Lana Bernier; daughter, Renee Bernier; daughter, Aimee Bernier-Jones; son-in-law, Gareth Jones; granddaughter, Magdalene Bernier; grandson, Luka Jones; and grandson, Trevor Jones.
Robert served in the United States Navy from 1961 - 1965, earning an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal in Vietnam.
A private service will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
