Rebecca "Becky" Caruso

With love and cherished memories, we honor the life of Rebecca "Becky" Caruso. A beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother and dear friend. At the age of 73, she was called to her eternal resting place on May 13th, 2025, her mother's birthday.

Born in Independence, Missouri, to Bill and Loraine Austin, Becky was a loving sister to Connie, Billy, and Lorie. A devoted mother to Thomas Caruso IV and Travis Caruso. Proud grandmother to Isa, TJ, and Tommy Caruso V, as well as a cherished Sister and Mother-in-Law. She lived a life filled with creativity, passion, and deep connecting to the world around her.

Becky was an extraordinary artist whose oil paintings beautifully captured the landscape of New Mexico, the rich culture, breathtaking sunsets and untamed beauty that spoke to her soul. She found joy in teaching others, sharing her love for art.

Becky grew up on Blue Dawn Manor a horse farm in Independence, Missouri, where her lifelong love for horses began. Whether on the dance floor, lost in country music, or indulging in her favorite chocolate (just like her father Bill) Becky embraced life with a spirit all her own. A true individual, she was the friend you could always count on, with a warmth that left lasting impressions on everyone she met.

Becky now dances among the stars, reunited with her beloved mother, father, sister, brother and cherished animals. Her spirit lives on in the love she shared, the art she created, and the memories held close in our hearts.

A celebration of her life will be held on June 3rd, 2025.
