Raymond E. Bennett

Raymond E. Bennett, 95, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. Ray was involved with Little League baseball serving as president of West Mesa Little League and District 5 Administrator. He was a member of the Albuquerque Softball/Baseball Hall of Fame. He attended Rio Grande Presbyterian Church, serving as an Elder.

Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy. He is survived by daughter, Helen and husband, Fernandez; sons, Mark and partner, Ron; Ron and wife, Leanne; Wayne and partner, Ed Bronin; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. He lived the values he taught. Private services pending. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Rio Grande Food Project.
