Ramona Moseley

Our beloved Mom, Grandma, Sister, Auntie passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the age of 85. She was born on May 10, 1940, to Enrique and Emilia Sanchez in Punta de Agua, New Mexico. Ramona married George Moseley and moved to Albuquerque and together raised their three children. Ramona was a hardworking, energetic, fierce, funny, strong, kind woman who never met a stranger.

Ramona is survived by her three children, Lorraine Sanchez (Raymond), Steve Moseley, and Georgene Moseley; four grandchildren, Alisha Sanchez, Ray Sanchez, Desiree Torrez (Hunter), and Emily Alvarez (Elias); seven great-grandchildren, Raymond, Diego, Atianna, Chrisgianna, Xavier, AliMarie, and Stevie Ray; brother, Rudy Sanchez; sister, Angie Sanchez; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ramona was preceded in death by husband, George Moseley; parents, Emilia and Enrique; brother, Mel Sanchez; and sisters, Regina Griego and Tina Roybal.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 4, 2025, 9:30 a.m.., at FRENCH – University, with Burial will follow at Pajarito Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lorraine Sanchez, Georgene Moseley, Alisha Sanchez, Desiree Torrez, Myra Sanchez Pizarro, and Emily Alvarez. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Sanchez III, Ray Sanchez IV, Diego Torrez, Xavier Torrez, Rudy Sanchez, and Randy Sanchez.
