Ramon D. Mondragon

Ramon D. Mondragon, age 59, beloved son, father, and brother passed on to a better life on August 17, 2018.  Ramon was known for his sense of humor and love of music, especially Elvis.  He also loved family gatherings, sports and Mexican food. He was born in Albuquerque, NM to Ramon and Prudencia Mondragon on October 12, 1958. He graduated from Eldorado High School.  He went on to receive his Bachelors from UNM and completed an MBA at Stanford University. Ramon lived and worked in New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, and California. He is survived by his son Francisco Raby-Mondragon and his parents Ramon and Prudencia Mondragon.  He is also survived by his brothers and sisters,Theresa Adams (Mack), Carmela Mondragon (Ray Baca), Mark Mondragon, John Mondragon, Martha Mondragon-Guerin (Paul) and Maria Mondragon (Scott Anderson).  He also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and dear friends, Mark and Liane Cinkovich.  He was preceded in death by beloved grandparents, aunts and uncles.

A Rosary will  be recited on Monday August 27, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of the Assumption Church (Lomas and Tennessee NE). Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org or Catholic Charities of NM, 2010 Bridge Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 .
