Ralph Sanchez, 89, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on December 6th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family.

Born on April 27, 1936, in Albuquerque, NM, to Rafael and Cora Sanchez. Ralph grew up with strong values that shaped the man he became-hard-working, generous, and deeply devoted to those around him. As a young man, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy, where he spent 4 years in service. He influenced countless people with his steady presence, his warm smile, and his willingness to help anyone in need.

After completing his military service, Ralph went on to build a long and fulfilling career as an animal control supervisor, earning the respect of colleagues and friends through his integrity and commitment. Outside of work, he enjoyed watching sports, especially horse races, college and professional football and basketball games. Always found joy in simple moments and in the company of those he loved.

Above all, Ralph treasured his family. He was a beloved Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Great-Great-Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He took pride in every milestone, celebration, and shared memory. His stories, humor, and gentle wisdom will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Dominica Sanchez; son, John Sanchez (Irma); daughter, Cora Lopez; sister, Emily Montoya; grandchildren, Nicole Lopez (Felix Garcia), Phillip Lopez (Yennifer), Chris Sanchez, Luke Sanchez; great-grandchildren, Kaleb Garcia (Araceli), Isabella Garcia, Jude Garcia, Kenzy Sanchez, Corinth Sanchez, Che Sanchez, and Sophie Sanchez; great-great-grandson, Giovanni Garcia; and many nieces and nephews.
