Polly (Rodriguez) Castillo

Polly Castillo, age 90, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Castillo was a near lifelong resident of Quemado, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 70 years, Leborio Castillo; parents, Ramon and Susie Rodriguez; and brothers, Albert and Herman Rodriguez.

She is survived by her children, Joe Castillo and wife Theresa, Lucy Castillo, Laura Sawyer and husband Gayle, Pat Castillo and wife Valerie, and Walter Castillo; her grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson and husband Ben, Catherine Smith and husband Colin, Michelle Damon and husband Jason, Melissa Rainey and husband Sam, Robert Thorn and wife Rebecca, Clovis Thorn and Jason, Stephen Castillo and Michelle, Chandra Baca, Desiree Le Beau, Adam Le Beau, and Alexandra Le Beau; and her nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Lola Schiffman, Romy, Celso, Chemo and Ruben Rodriguez and Annie Gutierrez.

Rosary will be recited Tuesday, November 26, 2019, 10:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 11:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3 Parish Lane, Quemado, NM.  Pallbearers will be Robert Thorn, Clovis Thorn, Jason Damon, Stephen Castillo, and David Fuerte.
