Son of Leonard and Melvadyne Ross. Survived by cousin Robin Ross, her husband David Lang and their children Michael and Jennifer Lang, James Lacey, husband of Cheryl Ross (deceased) and their children Jason and Christie Lacey.

As a child, Phil was a Boy Scout and played Little League baseball. Phillip was a proud graduate of UNM. He loved music and telling jokes. Most of all, he loved people and they loved him. Even dogs and little children were drawn to him, something which pleased him enormously. He was blessed to have many kind, caring friends in his life. He was a kind, caring man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
