Phillip Kubiak

Phillip ("Phil") John Kubiak, 81, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away peacefully at home on October 25, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeanne Kathleen Kubiak; his son, Kenneth Scott Kubiak; his daughter, Sarah Kubiak Wolin; and his grandson. He was also survived by his sister Kathy Shulse, brother John Kubiak and sister Rosemary Fessinger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Betty Kubiak.

A Vietnam veteran, Phil served in the New Mexico Air National Guard and spent more than 40 years as CEO of Hampstead Hospital in Hampstead, New Hampshire. Known for his kindness and quiet generosity, he believed actions spoke louder than words.

He will be laid to rest at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
