Phen Singvilay

Phen Singvilay, age 82, a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and fierce protector of her family, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Phen was the true matriarch of her family, known for her deeply caring nature and her ability to bring everyone together over her delicious, home-cooked meals. She had a rare, beautiful quality of being stubborn in the absolute nicest way, always standing firm in her love and devotion to those she held dear.

Phen's incredible legacy of love lives on through her seven children: Davorn, Thngsorn, Thatsaphone, Kinna, Nick, Santi, and Mimy; 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Her memory and spirit will be profoundly missed and forever cherished by the beautiful family she built.
