Paciano Antonio Trujillo, 92, of Cleveland, NM went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Paciano passed away at the same home where he was born on March 9, 1934, by the grace of our Lord.
Paciano was known to many as "Chano" and was loved for his gentle spirit, generosity, and love of his family, faith, and music. He was a member of the choir at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Mora, NM. He was talented with both the violin and guitar and played to bless those around him.
Paciano enjoyed Northern New Mexico Spanish music, Elvis Presley and Mariachis. He had a love for dogs and horses and watching western shows on tv. He especially missed his late wife Oralia's fat tortillas and always asked if we knew how to make them. Never failed to ask. He always offered visitors cookies and coffee.
Paciano was the youngest and last survivor of the 10 children born to Jose Daniel and Maria Elisa Romero Trujillo. He and his late wife, Oralia Duran Trujillo, who passed away in 2018 were loving parents to 7 wonderful children. Richard Trujillo and wife Patsy, John Duran and wife Barbara, Debra Vigil and late husband Marvin, Lucy Lucero and husband Michael, Marilyn Trujillo, Monica Trujillo and Yolanda Alderete and late husband Gary. In addition, Paciano and Oralia were blessed with 21 Grand Children, 27 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
Chano, you will be greatly missed and forever remembered. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and you will be loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Vaya con Dios
