Natalie Carmen (Gonzales) Vigil

Natalie Carmen Vigil, 62, of Albuquerque was called to Heaven on Friday, August 4, 2023. Natalie was born on Sunday, March 12, 1961 to Irene Gonzales in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Natalie worked in the food service industry for many years before she became a full-time homemaker. In 1976 Natalie met Ralph Vigil, and they married in 1977. Ralph and Natalie went on to have four children, Ralph Jr., Angelica, Cynthia, and Jacob.

Natalie's life revolved around loving and taking care of her family and friends, as well as helping others and serving God. Natalie dedicated her life to being the best wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter. She was known for her loving, caring, compassionate, and giving heart. She was also known for her exceptional cooking and baking. She loved sharing her cooking with others and bringing people together.

She could start a conversation with anyone and instantly become friends. She had a great sense of humor. She was always laughing and could make anyone laugh with any random thing that she said. She was as feisty as she was funny. She went through a lot in her life, including battling and defeating cancer. She was a fighter and her strength shined through her. Even though family was everything to her, she lived her life with faith at the foundation. She read her Bible every day and lived her life by it.

Natalie is survived by her husband Ralph; four children, Ralph Jr., Angelica, Cynthia (husband Stephen), Jacob; granddaughter Abigail; mother Irene; brother Robert, loving grand-dogs, and numerous other family members. She was the definition of what a mom should be. She always put her family before herself. She will be forever remembered and dearly missed. She is now our guardian angel, taking care of us from Heaven.

Rosary Services will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church at 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW., Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The services for the Burial will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
