Mildred Doris Franz

Mildred ‘Millie’ Doris Franz of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the age of 97.

Millie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the youngest of three children to Harry and Mary Kellerman. Millie resided in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine and Arizona before moving to New Mexico in 2008.

Millie is survived by her children, Carol (Walt) Franz of Chandler, AZ and David Boyd of South Amboy, NJ; her step-daughter-in-law, Rachel Franz of Jackson, NJ; as well as seven grandchildren, Yvonne (Lamar) Thomas, Jackie (Wanda) Franz, Karin (Alfredo) Sabbaj, George Franz, Robert Franz, Kristie (Prashant) Sawant, Sheila Boyd; and 12 great-grandchildren. Millie is predeceased by her husband, David S. Boyd and her second husband, George Franz; her grandson, Michael Boyd; and her stepson, George Franz.

She was an avid reader and thoroughly enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with family and friends. Millie was loved by all who knew her and adored by her family. She will be deeply missed.

A private service will be held for family.
