Mildred Elois Crum, age 89, quietly passed away Friday, October 6, 2017. She was born in Breckenridge, TX, moved to New Mexico at age 8, moved to California as a teenager and worked in the ship yards during WWII. She was an educator with foreign posts as well as Los Angeles school districts.
