Masae “Masako” (Shinzato) Tobolski was born on February 5, 1949, in Okinawa, Japan, to Matsu & Yoshio Shinzato. On May 25, 1978, she married Donald Michael Tobolski at White Beach Naval Base in Okinawa. They were the love of each other’s lives!

Masae had a lively sense of humor and the brightest smile. She enjoyed visiting with friends, sewing, aerobics, bowling, and the occasional trip to the casino.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her parents; and her six siblings.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Alan Tobolski; her nieces and nephews including Brian (Danita) Tobolski, Andrew (Heidi) Tobolski, Angela (Kevin) Jones, Julie Crippen, and Christine Tobolski (Micha Tower); and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

No services will be held. Masae will be cremated and laid to rest beside her husband at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
