Mary R. Mendez

Mary R. Mendez, age 70, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023. She was born April 21, 1953, in Francisco I. Madero, Coahuila to Socorro Rojas Mendez. She was a graduate of Albuquerque High School.

She was currently employed at DOE. She started working when the agency was the Atomic Energy Commission.
She was a devoted, loving mother, grandmother, and sister and a fierce friend. She was the glue that kept us all together.

She is survived by her daughter, Alexia; son-in-law, Julian; and granddaughter Emma. Her brother, Victor; sisters, Martina and Norma, and many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., FRENCH - Westside.
