Martha Abeyta

Martha Charlotte Abeyta departed to her home in heaven on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Albuquerque. She was born to Charles Clarence Gilman and Sarah Elizabeth Gilman (Meadows) on August 30, 1929, in Belen, New Mexico. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Ruth Abeyta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Vernon Abeyta; her parents; three sisters; and four brothers. She spent many years serving her Lord as a bookkeeper for the Salvation Army. She was a long-time member of Highland Baptist Church.
